Appointments
Book online or call our reception. Longer appointments are available for multiple health concerns.
Urgent Care
If you require urgent medical attention, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For emergencies, dial 000.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note a $50 cancellation fee applies.
Billing Policy
We are a private billing clinic. Fees are payable on the day, and Medicare rebates can be processed on your behalf.
Referrals & Results
Specialist referrals require an appointment. Test results will not be provided over the phone unless previously arranged with your doctor.
After-Hours Care

Fees
The Keperra Clinic Practice is a private billing practice. We endeavour to keep our fees affordable to ensure all patients have access to essential healthcare.
Payment by Eftpos or credit card is preferred as we are a cashless business. Patients will receive a rebate from Medicare for privately billed consultations. Surcharges apply to all credit, debit and Eftpos payments.
We use Tyro which is a quick, secure and convenient way to claim your rebate on the spot.
We bulk bill the following:
- Childhood immunisations.
- DVA Gold Card holders and DVA White Card holders for specific conditions.
- Yearly Health Assessments for patients 75 years and over, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and those with Intellectual Disability.
- GP Management Care Plans and three-monthly reviews. These are aimed at improving and managing a chronic health condition over 12 months. The plans are a specific type of appointment available to all patients with certain chronic health conditions.
- Children under 12 years of age.
- A reduced fee is offered to Commonwealth Concession Card holders. Commonwealth Concession Cards include Aged Pension Card, Senior Card, Health Care Card and Disability Pension card.
All consultations are required to be paid in full on the day of the appointment and the Medicare rebate will be processed immediately.
Credit card details are required during the request process however payment will only be affected on issued scripts.

Early morning consults where available are $110 (with a Medicare rebate of $55.80) for patients 12 years and over and $90 (with a Medicare rebate of $55.80) for children under 12 years.
Standard consults after 4.45pm Monday - Friday and weekends are $100 (with a Medicare rebate of $42.85).
For children under 12 the fee will be $80 (with a Medicare rebate of $42.85)
*Long Telehealth appts only available to patients who are registered with the practice through My Medicare
Medicare Safety Nets can help to lower out-of-pocket costs. When patients spend certain amounts in gap and out-of-pocket costs, they will reach the thresholds, which means they will start getting higher Medicare benefits and more money back for certain services.
Patients enrolled in Medicare are eligible for Medicare Safety Nets and if they are part of a family or couple, they can combine the costs by registering as a family.
